These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiny Tidy Triumphs mobile application (the "App") and the Tiny Tidy Triumphs website. By accessing or using the App or website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Tiny Tidy Triumphs provides organizing and habit-support tools, including checklists, timers, prompts, and progress tracking, for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to use the App and website only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age required to agree to these Terms in your country or region to use the App and website.
If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the App only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple, billing will be handled by Apple through your Apple account. Subscription prices, billing periods, and included features will be shown before purchase.
Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until canceled by the user.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, website, and their content, features, branding, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Tiny Tidy Triumphs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App or website except as permitted by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the App or website
- attempt to interfere with security or functionality
- use the App or website in a way that could harm us or other users
- copy or exploit the App or website for commercial purposes without permission
6. Disclaimers
The App and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Tiny Tidy Triumphs is intended as an organizing and habit-support tool only. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Tidy Triumphs and its affiliates, owners, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the App or website.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or website if you violate these Terms or if we need to discontinue part or all of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App or website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
