Tiny Prayers — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Tiny Prayers: With You (“Tiny Prayers,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, purchasing a subscription to, or using Tiny Prayers, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Tiny Prayers

Tiny Prayers is a Christian prayer and spiritual reflection app designed to help people begin prayer, find words for prayer, remember meaningful prayers, reflect on Scripture, and participate in guided spiritual growth experiences.

Tiny Prayers is intended to support your personal prayer practice. It is not intended to replace your own judgment, Scripture, clergy, a faith community, professional counseling, medical care, legal advice, or emergency services.

2. Generated Prayer Content

Some prayers in Tiny Prayers may be generated with artificial intelligence.

Generated prayer content is provided as assistance in finding words for prayer. It should not be interpreted as:

• the literal word or voice of God;
• divine revelation;
• a prophecy;
• a guarantee about future events;
• authoritative theological instruction;
• medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or not reflect your beliefs or circumstances. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use generated content.

Tiny Prayers does not claim that God has spoken through generated prayer text.

3. Scripture

Tiny Prayers may present Scripture separately from AI-generated prayer text.

The App is designed so that Scripture passages come from a controlled Bible source rather than being generated from AI model memory.

Scripture and generated prayer content should therefore be understood as separate types of content within the App.

Bible translations and other third-party materials may be subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

4. Your Content

You may enter private information such as prayer intentions, concerns, gratitude, names, situations, or other personal thoughts.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter.

Tiny Prayers is designed to keep this personal prayer content on your device whenever practical. We do not claim ownership of your original prayer intentions or other content you enter into the App.

Please avoid entering information about another person that you do not have a reasonable right to record or use.

5. Tiny Prayers Plus

Tiny Prayers may offer optional paid features through Tiny Prayers Plus.

Subscriptions may include monthly, annual, trial, promotional, or other subscription options displayed through Apple's App Store.

The exact:

• subscription price;
• subscription period;
• trial period, if any; and
• features included

are shown before you complete a purchase.

Automatic renewal

Tiny Prayers Plus subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled.

Payment is charged through your Apple Account using Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Your subscription will renew automatically for another subscription period unless you cancel it before the applicable renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple's subscription management settings.

Trials

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the terms of the offer displayed by Apple at the time of purchase apply.

Unless canceled before the end of an applicable trial period, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests and refund eligibility are handled according to Apple's applicable policies.

Restoring purchases

Where supported, Tiny Prayers allows you to restore eligible subscription purchases associated with your Apple Account.

6. Free Features and Product Changes

Tiny Prayers may provide certain functionality without a paid subscription and reserve other functionality for Tiny Prayers Plus.

We may change, improve, add, remove, or reorganize features over time.

We will not intentionally misrepresent what a paid subscription includes. Material subscription information will be presented before purchase.

7. Notifications

Tiny Prayers may offer optional reminders or notifications.

Notification permission is optional and is not required to use the core prayer experience.

You can change notification permissions at any time through iOS Settings and may also be able to adjust reminder preferences within Tiny Prayers.

8. No Professional or Emergency Services

Tiny Prayers is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency service.

Do not rely on the App for diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or professional advice.

If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse or interfere with the operation or security of Tiny Prayers;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related services;
• reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use the App to facilitate illegal activity;
• intentionally use the App to create content that harms, threatens, exploits, or abuses another person; or
• use Tiny Prayers in a manner that violates applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

Tiny Prayers, including its software, interface, branding, design, original written materials, and other proprietary content, is owned by or licensed to the developer of Tiny Prayers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose.

They do not transfer ownership of Tiny Prayers or its proprietary materials to you.

11. Availability

We work to make Tiny Prayers reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

Functionality may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• device compatibility;
• operating-system requirements;
• Apple Intelligence or model availability;
• App Store or StoreKit availability;
• maintenance;
• technical failures; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some AI functionality may require compatible Apple hardware, software, or Apple Intelligence availability.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Prayers is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every user's spiritual needs.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Tiny Prayers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use Tiny Prayers.

Where applicable law does not allow such limitations, this provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.

14. Apple

If you download Tiny Prayers through Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple terms and App Store rules.

Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions and may provide services necessary to distribute, purchase, restore, or manage Tiny Prayers.

Apple is not responsible for the spiritual or AI-generated content provided by Tiny Prayers.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Tiny Prayers changes or as legal requirements change.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

If a change materially affects your rights or use of a paid service, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
